Design & Planning Details
Outline Planning
If you want to see if your planning authority agrees in principle to a proposed development, you might apply for outline permission. If you are granted outline permission, you will have to submit detailed drawings and receive consequent permission before you start building work.
Full Planning
Depending on the size and scale of a proposed development, you may or may not require Planning. For instance, if you are thinking of building a house, you will require the benefit of planning permission, whilst some small extensions and conservatories will not require the benefit of planning. Our team has vast experience in an array of planning matters.
Retention Planning
It is an offence to carry out any work that requires planning permission, without planning permission. However, if a genuine mistake has been made, it is possible to apply for planning permission to retain an unauthorised development.
Design Works
Our Planning & Design team are proficient in CAD and Autodesk Revit 3D software –we will provide you with scaled 3D composite images [floor plans, elevations, sections] of what your proposed development will look like.
